Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co. is set to begin trading in Hong Kong on Wednesday after raising HK$9.9 billion ($1.3 billion), a debut that will test appetite for artificial intelligence-linked listings after a sharp market pullback.
The printed circuit board maker priced its 113.8 million shares at HK$86.80 apiece, below the maximum and at a 35% discount to the previous close of its Shenzhen-listed stock. The shares fell as much as 12% in the gray market on Tuesday. The deal is about half the size of the $3 billion Dongshan first sought.
