ASMPT Ltd. posted its fastest revenue growth of the year on surging AI hardware demand, though a slight miss in its semiconductor division underscored the high bar analysts have set for the chip-gear manufacturer.
Overall revenue rose 49% to HK$5.25 billion ($669 million) while ASMPT expects fourth-quarter revenue of $670 million to $730 million, according to the company’s earnings report.
